About Bobbi

As an occasionally injured athlete, I had a burning need to know how to get better fast, how to make sure the injury never recurred, when I could go back to my sport.  That need, along with the joy and satisfaction I get from working with people toward their commitment to good health, led me to my career in massage therapy.  I currently have a solo office practice in Paoli specializing in Sports Massage and corrective work.

Along with completing the full curriculum massage program at the PA School of Muscle Therapy, I continue to study many modalities, focusing strongly on Sports Massage, Myofascial Release and Biomechanics. Although my clients have varied concerns and goals in their sessions, the constant is their desire for knowledgeable care while treating the body as a whole and continuous system.  I am a nationally certified massage therapist, a certified personal trainer, and past chair of the Philadelphia Unit of the American Massage Therapy Association.  I have competed in many running events from 5K to marathon distances, duathlons, triathlons, and cycling events.  I was a past massage director for the Philadelphia Marathon, and also was priveleged to work with Olympic athletes in 2004 before the Athens Olympics at their training center in Chula Vista, CA.
